The troop started working on their Animal badge by talking about their favorite animals, their habitats, and the kinds of foods they eat. We all went outside to look for animal habitats - the girls found several!!! A lot of birds' nests and "homes" for bugs living beneath rocks were found, and we enjoyed being outside on such a beautiful, sunny day!A few reminders:
- Girl Scout cookie money was due at this meeting - if you haven't turned in your cookie money, please contact Courtney or Amy to make arrangements.
- The West Michigan Whitecaps game is coming quick! For all the girls who turned in their permission slips, make sure May 16th is marked on your calendar for that event.
- Next week we're visiting a farm - please dress your Girl Scout in clothes and shoes that can get dirty!
