Meeting Update
The troop started their First Aid badge this week! We talked about what 911 is and it's purpose. Then they role-played calling 911 and took turns being the caller and the dispatcher. What an awesome learning experience!We finished up our meeting by going outside and playing a game about whether or not to call 911 during certain situations. The girls did a great job!

Next week should be the final meeting regarding first aid. This will be the last badge the girls complete before school starts back up on September 7th.Make-Up
Girls unable to attend this meeting must complete the following:1. Complete this First Aid Quiz and return to your leader. Also review the second page of that to learn what doctors and other emergency professionals do to help in emergency situations.
2. Provide two examples of when it's appropriate to call 911 and two examples of when they should not call 911.
3. Fill out the Make Up Badge Form and turn it into your leader.
